Amelia Hill
LMT, CPT, CYT
Amelia Hill
Amelia is a big advocate of massage, fitness, and all things health. From a young age, she worked first, in advertising and marketing, in her parents’ ad agency. She taught swimming, got a culinary certificate, and a degree in journalism. Tired of staring at screens all day, she made a break for a new secular life and began working in the fitness industry.
Amelia found her love of yoga and became an instructor in 2006. She became a cycling instructor, personal trainer, and nutrition coach. She went back to school with an aim at physical therapy, but halfway through, decided that she could reach more individuals in the community by combining massage and fitness. She attended Wellspring School of Allied Health for massage therapy and founded Hill Massage and Fitness LLC.
When she’s not with a client in the clinic or gym, you’ll probably find her on the trails, biking, hiking, or climbing. If she’s not outside, she’s probably downtown, networking, throwing back a craft beer with like-minded entrepreneurs who want to make Northwest Arkansas the best place to live.
Josie Kilpatrick
LMT, CHC
Josie Kilpatrick
Josie has always been a promoter of a healthy lifestyle. Growing up on a small-town farm in Missouri, she grew up being extremely intentional in nutrition. In 2021 she went to school at Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became a certified health coach. Wanting to provide even more holistic health to our community in Northwest Arkansas, she began massage school at Black Brook School of Massage Therapy, graduating in June of 2023.
When she’s not with a client, you can find Josie in crushing a workout or adventuring outdoors. She has a love of trail running, yoga, meditation, hiking and camping. She is passionate about not only her own self-care but promoting self-care and growth within others — helping our community find balance to lead healthy lifestyles.
Dai Flake
MSM, E-RYT
Dai Flake
Dai discovered yoga through a running injury many years ago — and fell in love with how it complimented her active lifestyle. She received her Yoga Teacher Training in Kansas and opened a yoga studio in Missouri. Although she’s lived many places (Vietnam, New Orleans, Japan, Hawaii, Missouri, and now Texas) she has a deep love for the Northwest Arkansas community — visiting often to mountain bike and hike in the Natural State.
One of her biggest passions is to the many benefits of yoga — especially to recreational athletes like herself. When she’s not teaching a yoga class, she’s either traveling, on the trails mountain biking, or spending time with her family.
